I was born and raised in Gävle, Sweden. After 5 years at the university in Uppsala, when I thought I was going
to be a language teacher, I started working as a stewardess. I saw many parts of the world for 10 years but
stopped flying when my two boys were small.
Since then I have worked in the airline business in different positions until I retired.

I mostly work with oil, but also use other media sometimes. To mix and create a color is challenging and
I like to paint difficult perspectives. Simplification is something I work with constantly. When I paint I feel calm.
